Moumoukai Road into the Hunua Ranges is closed off due to a slip. There is no vehicle access to the Mangatawhiri Dam, Upper Mangatawhiri campground, Lower Mangatawhiri campground, Piggots campground, Repeater Road campground and Mangatangi Trig campground.

A walking accessed campsite in the Hunua Ranges with basic facilities. Water is available from a nearby stream but must be treated before consumption.
The Hunua Ranges are a maze of tramping and mountain bike tracks, stunning scenery, fishing, swimming pools and waterfalls. Get amongst!
