    There are only 2 places.

Toilets are clean and open all night, well light up, with drinking water. It was during the week and very quiet. There are also some picnic tables. A very nice spot, felt very safe.

We pulled up to this site as 2 chicks.

There were young kids on motorcycles circling the car park. Then a dodgy looking car pulled up right next to us stalking us. We felt unsafe so moved to the holiday park. Don’t recommend.

We did stay on a Friday night, so may be quieter on a week night.

Felt a little bit sketchy, homeless man living under a tree and lighting fires, and then people joining him around the fire drinking till the early hours…

Youths driving around and arguing beside the 2 freedom camping spots

On the plus side, toilets stayed open all night (though not very clean)

    Space for 2 campervans.

Bathrooms were clean and open until about 11pm. Found it pretty quiet despite being right off a medium-busy street. We could hear the waterfall while cooking which was nice!

    Spot for 2 campers.

Bathrooms super close (not sure if/when they close and open but pretty good nonetheless). Worth staying at just to eat breakfast down by the falls!! Some cars speeding passed on the road and through the parking lot and there’s a neighbourhood dog that barked all night though.

Good free place to stay in but toilet is closed overnight.

    Otherwise good

    Stunning spot.

Waterfall wall a must. Interesting tree memorial planting. Well maintained

We only came to see the falls not stay overnight.

Falls were lovely to see. Worth stopping by as right off the road.

Similar reviews to the others- the two sites are on a gentle-ish slope down hill, and the toilets locked earlier than 10pm to us.

Also pretty noisy with youths hanging around late in the car park. But the waterfall and surrounding stream and forest is stunning. Had a lovely swim in it! Overall worth doing for the one night to relax by the waterfall.

There are only 2 spaces for over night stay, and they are in a slight slope, but it’s still ok to sleep (marked between the red arrow signs).

Toilets are good and clean but closed between 10pm and 5.30am.

Really a parking lot for the falls.

Not a place that we wanted to sleep BUT we walked to the bottom of the water fall which was a nice little walk to break up our day of traveling.

There are two spots on the corner of the Waterfalls car park.

The spots are not on an even surface which is really annoying for cooking and sleeping. There are clean toilets right there but if you are looking for a scenic spot, this probably isn‘t the right one.
