As vehicles are collected directly from the car owner you are able to request pick-up 24/7/365 - it is up to the owner if they can/ will accept your booking request. Keep in mind that you are renting from a private person, so chances of a request being accepted is a lot higher if you are able to collect when people are awake ;) |

So far I have good experience and have made good money. I would however encourage the website to reduce their share from the rental amount.

The car was absolutely dirty, garbage everywhere, there was even mold inside!
No communication, if you have a problem they will not help! Even once you have paid a huge amount of money… I do not recommend!!

Henrik is a bona fide scam artist.
I am owed over $1000 by this company (as per the data on their own website). It's nearly a year overdue, and all persons at this company have ignored my emails where I have kindly requested they advise the status of my payout, and asked when I can expect to be paid. I highly suggest that all individuals wishing to rent someone else's car or to rent out their own car avoid this website at all costs.

Last renter (3rd) dumped my vehicle on someones drive way at 4am, 4hrs past the end of rental in absolute pigsty, and empty tank, huge risks renting your car out the site won't reimburse you, they could
only ask the renter for payment which is a lost cause. (Still no updates)
Yet to see my first payment from 1st rental which was 30 days ago.
Things like that makes you worry what if vehicle gets stolen or crashed.
So decided to stop using their services.
Review will be updated once I hear from them.

The company is not paying me money for the rental services I have provided, it has been over a month now and they are ignoring my emails.

Basically the company made money using my vehicles and have not paid me. There are also damages to the car, which is costing me even more. Have to apply to tribunal now to get my money, which also costs money. Definetly a dishonest company.

Worst Business company ever.
A customer booked the car and left car in Hamilton Police Station, and now company is not ready to help. They got my car back after 1 week, i got to know my car is coming back when I emailed them that I am flying to Hamilton to get it, they did not show any courtesy to tell before I fly. they haven't paid for my rental yet. I am going to sue them on Tuesday.
