There is very low water at Bay of Many Coves, Camp Bay and Black Rock campsites. Queen Charlotte track users should not rely on these supplies.
If you are walking or cycling between Kenepuru and Torea Saddles, you must take enough water for your trip. Do not rely on being able to refill along the way as the tanks may be empty and there are no streams along the ridgeline.
