4.0/5
A small spot next to a tiny park with decent toilets.
Parking in the middle of the city, next to a new world that opens at 7, perhaps wasn't the best idea, and the streetlights were on throughout the night. Overall, everything was alright.

3.5/5
We stayed 3 nights.
Really cool. Toilet very clean and water not too cold. Toilet open all night. Some noise because of workers during the morning and shoppers when the shops open but that is cool. Many carparks, so don't worry about space. Free wifi in Wairoa available in the carpark.
