Only used i-SITE to buy a postcard but there are very clean and hot showers here, open 9 - 4 daily; $1 for 5 minutes.

There were a lot of documents in free service but it was a lot of commercial and impersonal information.

Staff seemed a bit rushed and only gave advice when prompted.
Couldn't give advice about free or all day parking ( most of Napier centre has 2 hr time limit ) depite there being an all day car park about 500 netres away on Marine Parade. Toilets were clean and tidy.

Looked for information about the gannet colony and got a perfect paper with all the necessary information - tides/walk times and also the information about available transportation.

This i-site we found very disappointing.
Staff not trying to make trips/activities personal or to a budget. The information they gave us was rushed, brief and we found staff just wanted to book higher priced activities rather than giving free information and advice.

No members of staff available when we visited and not much information available on Napier itself - more on the surrounding area.
