An experience we will never forget.
This has to be the best place in the world to skydive. I agree that the photo and DVDs are too expensive and we didn't get them, but I almost feel like photos wouldn't do it justice anyway.

It was an experience of a lifetime..
I dived from 12000 ft and must say it was totally worth it..
Plus the team at NZONE gave basic instructions and you wouldnt for once feel that its gona be scary or something...
Should do it!!!

Amazing first experience!
All of the staff were friendly and help put everyone at ease. They do a great job of reassuring you how safe it is and how many jumps they have done.

Very professional.
Put me at ease. They were flexible and worked me on my husbands flight at the last minute.

1. We 2 couples are from Singapore, our scheduled time is 9am so we reached the office for registration around 8.15am, the counter staff doesn't want to register for us and told us to leave then come back
We are definitely not going to recommend Nzone to our friends due to their poor service and rude attitude, this company is obviously lack of good internal control and well organization, their staff are not well trained, basically you pay premium price but you get terrible service based on following facts:
at 9am, but when we came back at 9am there was long queue for registration so we have to queue for another half an hour.
2. We have booked online 2 months earlier but surprisingly they still separated the wife and the husband into 2 different jumping groups, just because they need one more jumper to fully utilize the plane.
3. During skydiving, one of us has problem on the parachute and caused a very hard landing.
4. After skydiving, due to poor organization we have waited for the transport for 40 minutes, that's not the worst, finally the bus came, but it is not enough for all passengers so we have to wait for another 40 minutes for transferring back to town. Total we spent 1.5 hours for waiting the bus, eventually we missed our activity booked for afternoon due to Nzone failed to send us back on time.
5. After 40 minutes waiting for the bus, we complained the transport issue to the Nzone staff, it is very disappointed that one of their staff rejected to provide the service manager information, just replied " you are terrible customers" then left.

A 9 because I think it is a little too expensive for the DVD/photos.

Excellent experienced!!!!
I would recommended everyone to do it!!! The jumpmaster was nice and cheerful, ofcoz the camera man did a good job too on photo and video!!! I would say i will do it again, and probably learn my sky dive here!! Well done

NZONE & Queenstown is definitely the company / place to do your skydiving!
Esp your first!! I did mine and am totally satisfied with the level of professionalism (yet still very friendly) and organization.
The jump masters and photo- and videographers are all so inspiring! They are REALLY GOOD in what they do. I literally have my jaws drop just at the sight of them.
Of course, the view on a sunny (though it's autumn nearing winter already) day, overlooking the whole of Queenstown was breathtaking. Words are just not enough to describe it.
I'll say - JUST DO IT and JUDGE YOURSELF =) It'll definitely be one of the most amazing feelings you'll ever get in life!
p/s: Skydived with Greg and had Stu as my photographer on 5th May, 12,000 feet =)
