I rarely write reviews.
But wanted to write one for Tasman Horse Rides because our family really enjoyed the experience.
We went on New Years Day, they made last minute adjustments to accommodate the time and day for us. Our guide Cassandra was very accommodating and friendly, we unfortunately arrived 15minutes late and she wasn't bothered at all.
The horses were well trained and the scenery on horse back was incredible. We loved how peaceful and quiet the tour was, felt like a private getaway. Can't recommend it enough.

I was researching for a good place to take my daughter for her 6th Birthday and come across Tasman horse rides thinking it's good value.
Unfortunately I didn't even manage to see or experience the place. Their communication is poor and when I asked to book for my family 2 months early I was told "sorry we're fully booked" and no other options given. So I reply asking if there was any other Friday available? I was then told " the month requested was overlooked and there should be available spaces in May" Again I am not given anymore information about when It might be best for me to book and all I wanted to do was Book a day to enjoy with my family. Another email was sent saying "we are not going to be able to be doing Fridays on Saturday and Sunday." Sorry this just doesn't make sense to me. Company does not seem to communicate well and advertise to make people want to come. I felt like they didn't care weather we came or not. It's quite disappointing and time wasting.
