    Awesome holiday park.

Very reasonably priced and really nice camping areas. Showers are hot, not timed and no coins needed. Kitchen has everything you need, the place is spotless and cared for. Will be recommending you to all!

    Great WiFi

    Well equipped kitchen

Many animals (peacocks and chicken wandering around, lamas, sheep and cows to watch)

    Very peaceful, highly recommend

We just loved this place so much!

The owners, Stuart and Colleen are so friendly and helpful. You can tell they genuinely love what they do with how beautifully the campground is looked after and maintained. They do all the work themselves. Cleaning, gardening, the reception, the lot and yet when you need something, they are always there to help. It's the little touches and details of this campsite that makes it special but you'll have to stay here to know what we mean.

Thanks for the fabulous stay! We hope to come back one day soon.

Ausserordentlich gut und liebevoll gepflegter Platz u.

    a. mit stolzen Pfauen und lustig-gierigen Hühnern. Haben ein Tütchen mit Tierfutter bekommen, um es zu verfüttern. Toller, empfehlenswerter Platz. Jederzeit wieder!!

    Excellent site.

Quiet with good views of the distant mountains. Extremely well maintained and super facilities. All immaculate. Lovely to wander around and feed the sheep, goats and lamas. Would definitely recommend this site

Ended up here accidentally after we broke down and wish we had known about it already!

Stunning few days with the most lovely owners who have put such care and effort into making the place beautiful ❤️ the site is spotless and so clean, was one of the nicest sites we have been to in NZ. Thank you for being so accommodating for us!

We stopped overnight here on our way from Mount Cook to Milford Sound and what a great site it is.

Lovely and quiet with plenty of space and good clean facilities.

    It was great!

One of the best camping places we have ever been to. Love the animals and the possibility to feed them. The prices are reasonable and the owners are just the nicest people. Spent more nights then initially planned as we liked it that much and would always come back.

Excellent campsite, it was a good price.

Can’t remember now but an average of $40ish for 2 people non-powered site.

It has coin operated laundry machine, kitchen and lounge!

We found this place much more affordable to come after staying at Milford.

We checked places at Te Anau to stay on our way back from Milford but they weren’t taking calls or had bad reviews. Happy to come and find this place.

We had an amazing stay here, owners are very nice and helpful, and they maintain the place very clean and tidy!

Hot shower is perfect, clean toilet and kitchen, kitchen is very organised with providing pots, pans, cutlery, cups, etc. There are stoves and one oven, it’s not big, but very good enough for us to make bread there. Big flat grassland for parking up, good laundry and dryer machines. Anyway, it has all you need for a comfortable stay!

    Wonderful campsite.

It's in a farm far from the road, so very quiet. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean and well-equiped. Laundry is possible for 4$ (dryer 4$). Bonus: the owner gives you a little bag of food for you to give to the animals (sheeps, lamas, peacock, chickens...)

We arrived after 8 so was getting dark, but reception was open and checked us in.

Didnt use kitchen area but looked clean. I used washer & dryer $4 each. Clean room. Shower and toilet area were clean but water pressure in showers was pants! Though it did get very hot. Waz too late in the evening to mention it and left early but otherwise seems a good well laid out site. Good wifi too.

We have since rectified the issue and the shower (it was only one shower that was an issue which someone had pointed out to us) is now at normal high pressure, many thanks.
