The best campsite we’ve ever stayed at!
The showers were amazing, we were able to wash and dry our clothes so easily, the kitchen was very clean and easy to use and the site is really central! Very happy!

17 April 24, 3 nights, $165.
2 adults on powered motorhome site.
Excellent park. All the facilities are very good.
Plenty of toilets and showers with plastic duck boards in showers. Why don’t all campsites have them?
Laundry $6 each for washing and drying. Good sized machines and long cycles. Good value.
Good location near the buzzy town centre with plenty of eating and drinking opportunities. We love Wanaka.
A 9 not a 10 as the WiFi gets overwhelmed when most are on site in the evening.
Our 3rd visit and would come again if we get the opportunity for another trip.

We received a warm welcome at reception, the grounds and facilities are spacious and well maintained and the location is ideal - 5-10 mins walk to the lake and town. Really handy that you can pay by card at the laundry too.

Really well provisioned and laid out campsite with particularly nice showers and toilets.
Kitchen is big with good cookers/ovens but you will need your own pots/pans etc. Good value and good location.

Very nice holiday park, $50 for two on a powered site (unpowered the same price).
Good facilities and walking distance from the town centre.

Expensive campsite for what it's worth.
Albertville has a better vibe and location next to a river, but no warm showers there so we staid here (for too long).

Friendly staff and great toilets and showers (lovely power showers!).
Absalutly fabulous family bathroom, even had a little baby bath which was perfect for us! Big kitchen area (unequipped for utensils but plenty of space and sinks/hobs/ovens). Great play ground for the little one, free WiFi and easy walking distance to town and to the georgous lake. Had a great time here and given its cheeper than the alternatives around, would definatly reccomend!

May 2023 Arrived quite late in the day , the low score is for the grumpy lady on reception, fairly nice site but too expensive in my opinion, we paid $100 for 1 night for 4 adults in a camper van.
Nice showers, didn’t use any cooking facilities on site.

Not really lakeview, but still nice lookouts on the hills.
Powered site 23$ for 1 adult, free hot showers and unlimitied wifi. Facilities are clean and modern. Wifi is not so helpful, but better in certain areas. Nice walk into the city, so good location. Would recommend. Really nice and helpful staff!

The name is misleading, as you can not see the lake, and you have to walk there for 10 min.
Also, half of the facilities were closed, causing it to be very busy. The places are also really packed with no privacy at all.

Quite a crowded site with people walking all over each others pitches, walking underneath the rear door of our camper van constantly.
Toilets were fairly clean, water pressure changed depending on how many others were using the showers at the same time. Not the best site but location is good, close to the centre and the lake.
