Our 2nd stay here and had a very restful stay with some great beach walks.
The facilities are clean, fresh and tidy and Bob's egg burger is a masterpiece. We will be back.

Very clean and nice campsite.
The toilets, (unlimited hot) showers, kitchen and lounge area were new and super clean and tidy. Free wifi as well as playing areas for kids and lots of picnic tables. Rather big but quiet and safe. Great place to stay when flying in / out of Auckland.

Christine, at the reception, was absolutely lovely!
$25 for an unpowered site, $30 for a powered one. Very clean facilities and nice environment. I would recommend it. (The showers could be improved as the water pression is not amazing)

We stayed there for one night and the site was kinda “ok”, but the grass next to us, where the Picknick table was located, was soaked and muddy so you couldn’t get out of the camper without getting wet
feed at all and the grass won’t dry during our stay. The facilities where clean but too far away -at night with kids. Short walking distance to the beach was perfect.

Good for a first night stop over after a long flight into Auckland.
Clean and the playground was great. Nice to have access to the beach although it wasn't the prettiest as lots of sea weed had washed up! Only real negative was the price! It was the most expensive campsite we stayed in the whole of New Zealand. (We stayed in a lot of top 10's as well!) Our powered site was very close to others tucked round the back by lots of permanent sites.

Very clean bathrooms.
Quiet. Seemed more of a residential complex than holiday park. The late check-in packet was easy to find and we had an enjoyable stay.

Was a nice location just far enough away from the chaos of Auckland.
A nice little accessible beach from the campgrounds. It was tidy and we could park on the concrete off the soggy grass. Kitchen and bathroom were basic for a Top 10 campground.

Horrible neighbours next to camp site partying with super loud music 12am now still going on.
People screaming. Camp site did nothing about it. Worst camping experience ever. Just want to go home.

Bit of a dodgy review, as we didn't actually stay here.
However, we had a problem with our campervan, so turned up here looking for help. The manager was really lovely and sorted us out in spite of the fact we clearly weren't actually staying, so they get a 10/10 for that.

Stayed in October, $36 for two in a non power campervan.
Facilities were amazing, best showers we’ve seen at a campsite. Lots of cooking utensils and such to use as well. Site was on concrete as well so no muddy shoes. Staff were very nice too, all in all highly recommend

Absolutely awesome in all respects, to die for.
The dream of all campers realised.
I’m a whinging Brit, no whining here; Cheshire Cat grin (Alice in Wonderland).
Can’t do better than this anywhere, for the two of us with electric hookup, concrete hard standing and private grassed area $40.
Superb facilities, enjoy!👍👏👍
