We came today to crystal mountain around 10:45 all of us had unlimited passes, (green bands), kids loved it and when my kids love it i love it.

    I have 5 kids

    Ages 1,3,4,6,8

    staff were awesome.

I actually felt sorry for them as u had 1 person tending to the tractors and the rollercoaster going back and forward but was very nice my kids and i didnt complain at all

and 1 attending to the tea cup and the carrousel also notice that person waz also cleaning up around cafeteria area.

There was 2 extra staff that turned up later onwards to help with the other 2 on the rides.

Man on the train ride inside was awesome aswell my son didnt want to get off and cos there was no line he went around again on his own lol

The food at the cafeteria is expensive and delicious but hey we all already know that it will be pricey come on tell me some place that aint expensive lol feed your kids before going out if your on a budget or even pack snack aswell.

Will advise though plenty of signs there saying please no outside food inside cafe or park area

M8m biscuits were a big hit to my babies and also mini hot dogs with fries

    And nuggets with fries

Also the ice blocks and ice creams

Cant tell u how many cans of drinks they must have went through though lol and yes staff at cafeteria inside park was very friendly

Finally got a peek at the museum in the end when the kids were tired hehe and almose close to close time i managed to get them all pendants which they absolutely love

Forgot to mention the animals we got to see the fake ones and real ones which was a bonus kids still had fun.

For all those wanting to visit but not sure to visit because of the reviews best for you to try it before you decide :) thankyou crystal mountain staff members this goes to all the staff members as u all were friendly and polite also helpful

    definitely a 10 out of 10.

fun exciting and good for kids who are as tall as mine at there ages lol

    Definitely will be coming back.

I was very pleasantly surprised as I was not sure what to expect.

There were lots of animals to see. We were given feed to feed them; my toddler loved this. The train ride was great, some fantastic model dinosaurs to see, a great indoor playground and fantastic crystal museum. The price was also very reasonable!

what the hell is wrong with this place.

I just checked out the trip adviser reviews (as placed one there), it is poor, poor, poor - yet they don't do anything about it. The place is dirty, rude, cruel and overpriced .... My money will be better off spend else where as should yours. Do your homework first people. Crystals, animals & people need to be treated better,

A lady, who turned out to be the owner of Crystal Mountain, was walking around the INDOOR activity building in crystal mountain with NO mask and followed by a BIG dog with NO leash.

The dog came up to me sniffing my food and touched my foot while I was sitting at the café table with my kids. I wasn't comfortable with it. Later on at 3:17PM we had been waiting for the train for 17 minutes along with another 6 passengers. 2 people went to the counter to chase them up during 17 minutes. Finally we were told that the train stopped running from 2PM (though the flyer said it stops at 4PM). None of us was informed of this. After a few round of debates, the staff agreed to take us to the counter for a $5 refund. that's when i found out the lady I referred above is the owner. I said to her that her dog should be on leash. the owner told me her dog does NOT need to as it's her PRIVATE property. I guess the reason she's not wearing a mask is also because it is her PRIVATE property. I'm not an expert on what rules should be. But if she opens her private property to public, shouldn't she follow the basic safety and health rules?? According to her theory, she could quarantine at her private property and it would be my fault to visit it not hers?? I will NOT ever go to crystal mountain again as I do not think the owner respects and looks after her customers at all.

I totally agree with the above reviewer, this place is definitley not value for money.

Despite purchasing an unlimited ride pass, the train and roller coaster run on a time table every 30 mins, so you have to wait between rides. We too had the same problem with understaffing, the inflatable shut down, cause a staff member had to go home, the petting barn and bungy were shut down while staff had lunch breaks. So much for unlimited rides, you can only ride when it suits them. The kids had fun, but definitley not value for money, and we wont be going back. Went to Rainbows end the next day - amazing - thats what unlimited rides are about.
