Greatly organised, what an enthusiastic crew!
There was plenty of time for preparations. The guides were very professional and cool. The equipment was good and the BBQ after was a great way to end the day.

The rafting was grade 2-3-5.
You learn what you need to do, so no worries. It was cool but we expected a bit more.

It was a REAL adventure, especially if you fall into the water at grade 5 - the highest grade you are able to raft; the jump from the 8m high cliffs was also great and teh beautiful landscape.

We booked a rafting trip for my birthday, rearranged shifts so we had the weekend off and were keen to go.
A brilliant morning of perfect weather was ruined by a call from Rangitata Rafts to say the day had been cancelled because other guests had not turned up. Really disappointing as we are limited in the time we can take off to do these activities.
We totally understand your disppointment as we mentioned in our emails to you and prompted refunded your payment. We wish that the situation had been different but some of things are out of our control. We too were very frustated and let down when the other group cancelled at the last minute. But in the best interests of your safety we could not just take the two of you out on our grade 5 river on that day even though it was the perfect weather conditions. We hope that you still managed a lovely day together.

You can sleep onsite with your campervan (no power!), lunch and dinner are included - very nice!
Great ride is marvelous, a lot of guidelines with the rafting. They take a lot of pictures (good ones you have to pay for).

AWSOME DAY OUT!
Loved everything! THe food was amazing as well as the rafting itself!! Couldn't hoped for a better day. The guides are so cool (Jason, Simon etc) and ofcourse thanks to the awsome bus driver Billy! Overall, highly recommanded for anyone whos looking for an awsome day!
