Great stopover on our journey from Palmerston North to Tauranga with our new caravan. Easy accessibility and turning area. Clean and neat with lovely gardens. Woke up to lots of birds singing and even rabbits hopping about. No light in toilet but facilities clean with wash basin. Did the Bush Walk in the morning which was an added bonus. Highly recommended.

We arrived at Mt Lees Reserve mid-afternoon and walked the beautiful and peaceful rainforest track. Along the way we were delighted to meet up with the Owner/Manager Graham who was doing his regular jog around the track, and we felt very privileged that he stopped his exercise to chat with us and give us a little history about the reserve.
The camp area was very neat and tidy and we were one of four motorhomes quietly camped there for the night. The toilet facilities were also very clean and tidy.
Lovely small spot. 5$ donation. Peaceful and quiet.
Nice place for stay at 1 night. Lovely bushwalk close by. Toilet clean, little summer house and little kitchen invite to stay
Quiet tranquil spot. Arrived around 9.30pm and only one vehicle parked up. Lots of bird song, amenities included a little kitchenette (in the summerhouse) which had a microwave, kettle and sink. Gorgeous!!!
Amazing, peaceful spot. Facilities are lovely. The walk through the nearby gardens is great also.
