6 Bungy Jumping
Bungy - the cantilever platform positions you high out and over the crystal clear waters of the Waikato River – where you can jump solo or tandem with a friend. Choose to be dunked or go dry, however you take the plunge, this is an adrenalin-fuelled thrill you’ll never forget.
Swing - with speeds of up to 70kph, this full-on ride will have you soaring through the air before swooping out across the river. Swing solo – or with a friend, either way it’s something you’ll want to do again, and again, and again……
The Taupō Bungy Centre is FREE to visit so bring your support entourage too! There’s plenty of free parking onsite.

Really awesome. Perfect location and the staff know how to handle all kinds of people. The only negative thing is that the pictures are too expensive.

Don't miss this place even if you don't want to do bungy - the view is spectacular and you can watch others jumping down, which is fun.
Great location for a water touch bungy, even though I missed the water by half a metre.
Crazy breath taking moment. Must do! Nice scenery around.
Great experience. When you are in the air after the jump you can really feel the adrenaline.

Great jump with a stunning view and a dip into fresh, clear water! Excellent!
The bungy jump is really cool because you can 'bathe' in the river.
Great people, view, location and jump. Head in the water. Best thing to do there. Blue water!
Great little bungy over the river. Couple of options to miss/kiss or dunk in the water below. Definitely recommend.
The location of this jump is just breathtaking. The last two seconds before your jump you will be gazing at the Waikato River below until you feel its cold water right at your nose.
Great experience, really nice scenery, but too expensive for the short time.
Drive to the east side of Taupo until there is a curve where there are a lot of cars. Park there and walk down to the cliffs. The jump is phenomanal!
The area is nice for the view, the reception of girls is nice but more commercial. At the jump a lot. An expensive attraction for a minimum service. I know what I'm talking I jumped all over the world -;)
